Volunteer News - December'09

robert_and_childRobert Hurley is our volunteer in the spotlight for the month of December. Robert is a retired police officer and volunteers in the Marketing Department as assistant to the CEO, Sharon Gill. Robert is affectionately called "Jack" in the office because he oalso serves as the Thrift Store truck driver, run pick ups at Pepperridge Farm and gladly serves wherever he is asked. Robert played the role of Santa Claus at our 2009 annual Touch a Heart for Christmas party od December 19th and took over 147 pictures with the children. He grew his beard out just for this occasion!

Robert loves children and his willing attitude, loyalty and commitment makes him a joy to work with. Thank you Robert, for blessing the hearts of so many kids at Christmas!
